Property Description

This recently refurbished contemporary 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa features a low chlorine eco-swimming pool and mature gardens, is located within the Colonya Valley, within walking distance along a country track (20 minutes during daylight hours) of Pollensa town and enjoys views of the Puig Maria Mountain.

It is an ideal property for couples or small famillies. It is also near to the Golf Club of Pollensa.

Inside the Property

A glass front door opens into the open-plan spacious light and airy comtemporary interior. Off the entry area to the left, is a small inner lobby door that leads to a twin bedroom with a full bathroom with shower over the bath next to it.

The open-plan lounge/dining area offers quality fittings and furnishings in bright and vibrant colours. From the dining area there is a door that leads into a stylish and modern kitchen with its bright orange colour scheme, which includes a breakfast table and chairs.

Large glass sliding doors lead off the dining/lounge area onto an open terrace which has direct access to the pool and gardens. The pool can be viewed from both the lounge and the dining areas. There is a further glass door leading from the lounge TV area that opens onto a small patio area and onto the free standing brick BBQ area with a small table and chairs, located at the side of the house, which enjoys lovely views of the Puig Maria, the mountains and countryside beyond.

Leading off the lounge/dining area there is another small inner lobby, with door into a superb modern spacious Master double bedroom and its ultra modern, unique en suite shower room, with step-in shower recess (hydro massage facility).

Both bedrooms are air conditioned.

Outside the Property

Gates open into a driveway that leads directly up to the villa with is covered terrace.

The lovely swimming pool is located at the side of the villa, nestling amongst the gardens. The pool is surrounded by grass on three sides and an open terrace on the other. The pool is adjacent to the covered terrace with its exterior dining table and chairs - an ideal spot for al fresco dining!

There is a separate exterior laundry room.

Booking & Payment Info

Prices include 7% local taxes. 25% to confirm booking, 75% prior to arrival.

Price includes one 5 door, air conditioned car - Renault Clio or similar.

Villa rental is from Saturday to Saturday.

Check in to property is from 1600 hours and check out is before 1000 hours.

All accommodation will be fully cleaned and prepared on the arrival day.

Bedlinen is changed weekly for two week stays (Fridays or Saturdays). 

Mid week clean includes change of towels, bed making, cleaning of bathrooms, shower rooms and kitchens. It does NOT include washing up!
