Uncluttered but comfortably furnished, the house stands about 8 kms from Pollensa and Alcudia, where wide ranging resort facilities enhance a choice of beaches.

The restoration and extension in a traditional style of this Mallorcan Finca has covered everything from house to garden and has resulted in a high standard of accommodation enhanced by landscaping and planting.

This secluded house is surrounded by 6 acres of almond groves and fruit trees, with views of the Son Mart hills and distant Tramuntana Range.

For those who enjoy walking, there are forest trails through the pine woods surrounding the property and the Alcudia Peninsula.

At the foot of the Formentor peninsula, Puerto Pollensa looks onto a blissful south-facing bay, where a vast expanse of sand meets shallow waters as blue as the sky. Behind it are the craggy cliffs and pine-scented slopes of the Sierra de Tramuntana. Puerto Pollensa's popularity comes as no surprise but there is a second dimension for visitors to enjoy - for inland is the old town of Pollensa, an atmospheric labyrinth of cobbled streets and ochre sandstone houses, centred on the picturesque Plaza Major, and its unmissable Sunday market. Tuesday is the market day at the lovely traditional village of Campanet and the old town of Alcudia, with its Roman theatre, is worth exploring any day, both are just 15km away.

Inside the Property

The accommodation consists of:

Ground Floor: Hall, study, a large open-plan dining/living area, with a fireplace and French doors leading out onto the covered terrace, kitchen, cloakroom and terrace.

First Floor: Master double bedroom with bathroom en suite and French doors leading out to a terrace. Double bedroom with en suite shower room, double/twin bedroom, twin bedroom, separate bathroom.

Outside the Property

The large salt water swimming pool is enclosed by gates and  is attractively bordered by a paved and stone walled area. It is overlooked from the house by a part shaded outdoor terrace.

The pool terrace is large with plenty of outdoor furniture and a has a shaded corner. There is a BBQ.

The property is surrounded by mature gardens.

Booking & Payment Info

A 30% deposit must be paid and a security damage deposit of 1500 euros at the time of booking.
The full balance of the rental price including any charges (made by any supplementary invoice) must be paid 8 weeks before departure.

Insurance must be taken out in order to cover all clients
and their holiday arrangements.

Once a booking has been confirmed any changes will incur a £30 amendment fee per person in respect of each change to cover costs incurred. Changes cannot be made within 42 days of departure.

All cancellations by Client must be made in writing from the person who signed the booking form, either by recorded delivery or fax. If the cancellation notification is received 43 days or more before the departure date, only the holiday deposit and insurance premium is forfeit. Within this period the following percentage of the total holiday price will be payable as a cancellation charge by the Client:

Between 42 - 28 days before departure 60%

Between 27 - 15 days before departure 80%

Rental cost includes maid service, 2 hours, 3 days per week and a food hamper.

Linen Change. Once a week on arrival day. Extra changes available on request, for an additional charge.

Tenancy Times: Tenancies commence at 15h00 on the day of arrival and villas are to be vacated at 10h00 on the day of departure.
