Property Description

Delightful setting and surroundings. Mountain views. Lovely private pool area. Outskirts/easy access into Pollensa old town.

This attractive traditional style Mallorcan 3 bedroom house (x2 single rooms and x1 double room) is located along the road to Lluch approx 700m from outskirts of Old town Pollensa. Villa is set back off the road nestled in its own private and semi -secluded grounds, with super views of the mountains behind.

Free car Group B - Included one 5 Door, A/C car in 2011 prices. Renault Clio or similar.

MAID SERVICE AND OTHER INFORMATION

• All accommodations will be FULLY cleaned and prepared on your arrival day
• Bedlinen is changed weekly for two week stays (Fridays or Saturdays)
• Mid-week cleans include change of towels, bed making, cleaning of bathrooms, shower rooms, kitchens (does not include washing up)

- Unique Villas: Daily maid service cleans, except (Sundays & Public Holidays or where indicated otherwise)

- All other villas: including discounted Villas min 1 max 2 midweek maid service cleans (depending on individual villas).  Days may vary

- Pool towels changed during two week stays only and available on request at Supplement

Inside the Property

Gates open up into drive-way that leads to the Villa. Covered Pergola terrace greets you at the front door.

Door opens into a small vestibule. Step up and glass French doors open into a charming traditionally decorated lounge/dining room with its stylish comfortable sofas, very high beamed ceilings, and Mallorcan artifacts here and there.

To the left of the lounge leads into a large country-style fully fitted kitchen with table and chairs at the far end, ideal for breakfast and general dining.

A door leads out of the Kitchen with direct access to the lovely pool and gardens.

To the right of the lounge leads to a corridor. On the left is a complete bathroom with shower over the bath and on the right a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes.

To the end of the corridor a further twin bedroom with door out to the exterior and gardens.

A further door leads off the lounge to a small inner hall. To the right a nicely designed shower room. On the left two steps lead you down to the very large Master double bedroom, nicely decorated with a freestanding wardrobe. French doors open out to the exterior and access to terraces and pool.

Note. The bathroom adjacent to this"split level bedroom" could be used as the bedrooms own private en suite bathroom due to its lay out and location, depending on your party needs.

Outside the Property

There is a large covered terrace at the side of the house with patio table and chairs that directly overlooks the wonderful orange and lemon groves adjacent to this terrace making it a lovely spot for afresco entertaining or simply enjoying the villas portable BBQ.

The nicely shaped pool with its Roman steps located at the front of the Villa, is set in an open sun terrace on three sides, a beautiful row of hibiscus bushes the other.

The pool is also surrounded and bordered by gardens and views onto the properties include tall pine trees which allows an ambience of privacy and semi-seclusion, a tranquil spot to totally chill out and relax.

Booking & Payment Info

Prices include 7% local taxes. 25% to confirm booking, 75% prior to arrival.

Price includes one 5 door, air conditioned car - Renault Clio or similar.

CAR HIRE CANCELLATION
Should Car hire be cancelled two weeks or less prior to arrival date without submission of medical certificate or documentation to state reason of late cancellation i.e.Holiday cancelled overall or illness, clients will be asked to pay for the car hire they have reserved when such late cancellations take place.

Villa rental is from Saturday to Saturday.

Check in to property is from 1600 hours and check out is before 1000 hours.

PLEASE NOTE: The Client is responsible for the correct use of the property, for paying the agreed rental price. To make good the cost of any damages incurred to the property, furniture or appliances, during their stay derived from incorrect use and to return the property in perfect condition to allow for immediate changeover for new guests.
