A deposit is required on booking with the outstanding balance of the holiday required within 9 weeks of departure. The full amount is required if departure is within 9 weeks.
Standard holiday insurance is strongly recommended.

Linen change once on arrival day. Extra changes available on request for an additional charge.
Tenancies commence at 15:00 hours on the day of arrival and villas are to be
vacated at 10:00 on the day of departure
