Property Description

This attractive, spacious three bedroom villa is not only situated in a sought after area of town on the outskirts of Pollensa within easy access and stroll of the town centre, but also offers seclusion and privacy, especially the surrounding pool area.

Its spacious design in all rooms offers a cool yet light and airy ambience throughout, combined with its high standard of both local and modern furnishings, yet has not lost any of its Mallorcan charm and personal touches.

A superb villa ideal for all, with the local beaches of Cala St. Vincent with its turquoise waters, Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia and golf course not far away.

For those who wish to become a "real local" enjoying a villa which is walkable to many amenities, take advantage of strolling into the town in the evenings, to enjoy the wonderful variety of restaurants, chic side walk cafes Pollensa has to offer, not forgetting the local "Sunday" market.

MAID SERVICE AND OTHER INFORMATION

• All accommodations will be FULLY cleaned and prepared on your arrival day
• Bedlinen is changed weekly for two week stays (Fridays or Saturdays)
• Mid-week cleans include change of towels, bed making, cleaning of bathrooms, shower rooms, kitchens (does not include washing up)

- Unique Villas: Daily maid service cleans, except (Sundays & Public Holidays or where indicated otherwise)

- All other villas: including discounted Villas min 1 max 2 midweek maid service cleans (depending on individual villas).  Days may vary

- Pool towels changed during two week stays only

Inside the Property

On arrival at the Villa, the original court-yard is welcoming  with its outdoor patio tables and chairs. The court-yard can be ideally accessed from both the kitchen, the family room and lounge/dining room.

The front door opens into a supe,r light, airy spacious lounge and dining room with its comfortable sofas, stylishly designed large dining table and chairs, with views out to the garden and pool through the second set of glass French doors that open out onto the large terrace.

To the left of the lounge/dining glass French doors open into the  large,magnificent stylish open-plan kitchen/family room with its stone feature wall, display of art, ceramic artifacts and TV along with a further large dining table and chairs.

French doors open out from the kitchen directly onto the entrance court-yard and doors lead down two steps onto uncovered patio - terrace where the built-in uncovered brick BBQ and feature ceramic stone table with stone semi-circular seats are located. An ideal spot for al fresco entertaining overlooking pool and gardens or enjoying breakfast in the sun.

To the right of the lounge/dining a step up leads into an inner hallway to the bedroom quarters all of which are as equally spacious as the rest of the Villa.

To the left is a large shower room with its step-in shower recess, nicely designed in neutral tones of beige tiles.

To the right are two spacious twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms share the shower bathroom.

On the left is the spacious Master double bedroom with large walk-in wardrobes. This bedroom has its own private complete bathroom with shower over the bath, again, nicely designed and decorated in beige and white ceramic tiles.

Outside the Property

French doors lead out from the lounge/dining via two steps down onto a large partially covered terrace.

A further two steps lead down from the terrace onto the delightful pool area which is located at the back of the Villa and is surrounded by lawns on four sides, together with a raised stone terrace with its stylish sunbeds and straw umbrella offering welcoming shade from the summer sun.

The terraces, gardens and pool enjoy pleasant views out onto a small hillside, established trees and greenery beyond, offering both seclusion and privacy.

Booking & Payment Info

Prices include the 7% local tax.

A deposit of 25% is taken at the time of booking. The remaining 75% is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Rental includes one 5 door, air conditioned car - Renault Clio or similar.

CAR HIRE CANCELLATION
Should Car hire be cancelled two weeks or less prior to arrival date without submission of medical certificate or documentation to state reason of late cancellation i.e.Holiday cancelled overall or illness, clients will be asked to pay for the car hire they have reserved when such late cancellations take place.

Villa rental is from Saturday to Saturday.

Check in to property is from 1400 hours and check out is before 1000 hours.

PLEASE NOTE: The Client is responsible for the correct use of the property, for paying the agreed rental price. To make good the cost of any damages incurred to the property, furniture or appliances, during their stay derived from incorrect use and to return the property in perfect condition to allow for immediate changeover for new guests.
