Property Description

Villa Caramel has 4 bedrooms, country-style house, located in the delightful countryside area known as Font Xica, nestled between Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa and only approx 1.4km from the main road that leads to Cala St. Vincent with its beautiful three coves and beaches and their stunning turquoise waters.

The villa is furnished in keeping with its traditional style, with a touch of modern decoration, giving a comfortable feel throughout.

Its bedrooms are spacious, with the lounge and dining area ideally located within view of the pool and garden area, making it easy to keep an eye on children.

The villa is ideal for avid walkers or cyclists with pretty lanes and countryside within easy reach of the Font Xica area.

The villa is situated within a 10 minute drive to all the local amenities and beaches.

MAID SERVICE AND OTHER INFORMATION

• All accommodations will be FULLY cleaned and prepared on your arrival day
• Bedlinen is changed weekly for two week stays (Fridays or Saturdays)
• Mid-week cleans include change of towels, bed making, cleaning of bathrooms, shower rooms, kitchens (does not include washing up)

- Unique Villas: Daily maid service cleans, except (Sundays & Public Holidays or where indicated otherwise)

- All other villas: including discounted Villas min 1 max 2 midweek maid service cleans (depending on individual villas).  Days may vary

- Pool towels changed during two week stays only

Inside the Property

A large wrap around covered terrace greets you on arrival to the villa. The front door leads into a vestibule. To the left of the vestibule is a small shower room. A hallway leads off the vestibule and to the right is the spacious lounge/dining room, traditionally furnished, which has French doors opening out onto the covered terrace with its stylish patio furniture, which faces the pool.

To the left  is the fully fitted kitchen with breakfast table and chairs, with a glass door leading out to the exterior.

Further down the hall is the bedroom area. To the right are two bedrooms - a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.

On the left of the corridor is a complete bathroom with its beige and dusky pink tiles. At the end of the corridor is a further twin bedroom.

A small lobby leads off to the left with a further twin bedroom with a private en suite shower room decorated in yellow with a step-in shower recess.

The double bedroom and two twin bedrooms share the complete bathroom.

The bedrooms are air conditioned.

Outside the Property

The villas gates lead into a short drive which leads up to the villa.

The kidney shaped pool is located to the side of the villa and is surrounded by natural gardens with palms one side and grass area on two sides with paving and terrace the other.  Near to the pool is the uncovered brick freestanding BBQ which is adjacent to the terrace making it an ideal spot for al fresco entertaining. The pool and terrace have a private aspect and are not overseen.

Also adjacent to the pool is Villa Caramel's super heated Jacuzzi.

Booking & Payment Info

Prices include the 7% local tax.

A deposit of 25% is taken at the time of booking. The remaining 75% is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Rental includes one 5 door, air conditioned car - Renault Clio or similar.

CAR HIRE CANCELLATION
Should Car hire be cancelled two weeks or less prior to arrival date without submission of medical certificate or documentation to state reason of late cancellation i.e.Holiday cancelled overall or illness, clients will be asked to pay for the car hire they have reserved when such late cancellations take place.

Villa rental is from Saturday to Saturday.

Check in to property is from 1400 hours and check out is before 1000 hours.

PLEASE NOTE: The Client is responsible for the correct use of the property, for paying the agreed rental price. To make good the cost of any damages incurred to the property, furniture or appliances, during their stay derived from incorrect use and to return the property in perfect condition to allow for immediate changeover for new guests.
