Property Description

Villa Annirozi is absolutely fabulous luxurious beach side villa, sleeping 8-10 people, plus 2 babies. There are 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, all accommodation is spacious and very comfortable.

Villa Annirozi is situated on the prestigious Seaside Complex right on the beach in Calis. It is set in beautiful landscaped gardens. The living space is very spacious and is excellent for families, plenty of space for the kids, parents & grandparents. Or, ideal for friends sharing as there are 3 bathrooms & 4 WC's.

Getting around - There is a bus stop outside the complex which takes you into the main town.

You don't need a car - we can arrange car hire from £24 per day.

Inside the Property

The ground floor consists of a huge open plan living space with American style kitchen, fully equipped, including that all important dishwasher.

The entrance hall is spacious with ample storage & a downstairs cloakroom. The hallway leads to a great open plan living space, contemporary furnished with ample seating, a hand-made dining table to seat 8, open fireplace and fully equipped with T.V, DVD & CD player.

There are 2 sets of double doors leading from the living room to a large terrace which overlooks the main pool. Where you find comfortable patio furniture perfect for alfresco and making the most of the built in bbq.

First floor has 3 bedrooms. The Master suite, 1 double & 1 twin and a family shower room.

The Master suite has a fantastic king-size four poster iron bedstead, dressing room & en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath. There is a large balcony overlooking the main pool with far reaching sea views.

The second floor consists of the "pent suite" a wonderful large light bedroom with king-sized wrought iron bed with a lovely seating area - great for relaxing with a book & a glass of wine. The suite boasts an en-suite bathroom & a terrace with magnificent sea & mountain views. This terrace is a favourite place to sip a cool drink and watch the sun go down.

There are sun loungers to enjoy the piece & quite. Perfect for a spot of bare sunbathing if you are brave enough.

The main freshwater pool is just outside the villa, you can easily watch the kids from the terrace. There are 2 other fresh water pools & kiddies pool on site. The villa has ample no. of sun-loungers with cushions for our guests' use.

The villa can sleep 8-10 adults plus 2 cots and still have ample room for everyone.

Outside the Property

The Villa is situated on the prestigious Seaside Complex right on the beach in Calis and is set in beautiful landscaped gardens. 

There are a total of 3 pools to choose from, including a kiddies one. The main pool is just outside the villa. There is ample room outside the villa for the sun loungers to have a prime spot by the pool!

The beach is right on your doorstep. Calis beach is a 4km arc of unspoilt beach front.

Seaside is a quiet tranquil location, peaceful yet just 5 minutes from bars & restaurants.

There is much to do in area - windsurfing, sailing, walking kite surfing & much more. Ideal for all age groups.

Calis is a laid back resort with excellent bars & restaurants all within walking distance.

A car is not essential as the local Dolmus (bus) stops just outside the complex. Fethiye is 4 km away and is the main town in the area, it is a working Turkish town so has lots of history and is not your typical tourist town. Great bars & restaurants. It also boasts one of the biggest markets - on a Tuesday, where you can buy everything from fruit & veg to clothes & household stuff. Calis also has a smaller Sunday market.

Booking & Payment Info

Either pay by credit card or cheque direct to owner.

Deposit of 30% required balance paid 60 days prior to travel.

There are 2 baby cots available, free of charge. They must be left in perfect condition for the next little guests. Guests should bring their own baby linen and cots are used at the guests risks. Any defects should be reported immediately.

There are 2 additional beds for small adults or children.
