Booking & Payment Info

A 50% deposit of the total cost is required, within three days of reserving the villa, the balance must be paid at least eight weeks prior to arrival. If the booking is made within six weeks of arrival, then full payment is due at the time of the booking. A security deposit of £400 is required, and will be promptly returned after the holiday, assuming the property has been left in good condition. Deducted from this deposit will be a metered water, and electrical charge. This payment is due with the balance.
