Villa Trinder, is situated in a small picturesque fishing village, in a new complex of 6 detached villas with landscape gardens, a communal swimming pool and only 3 minutes walk from the beach.

The villa has two levels; the first floor comprises of two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, a bathroom and a large balcony/terrace with beautiful sea views.

The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, a large living area which is air conditioned, and is all open plan in design.

For all periods of rental - linen is included in the price, together with final cleaning. However,please bring your own house and beach towels.

Booking & Payment Info

A 50% deposit of the total cost is required, within three days of reserving the villa, the balance must be paid at least eight weeks prior to arrival. If the booking is made within six weeks of arrival, then full payment is due at the time of the booking. A security deposit of £400 is required, and will be promptly returned after the holiday, assuming the property has been left in good condition. Deducted from this deposit will be metered water, and electricity. This payment is due with the final balance.
