Property Description

The Villa, holiday rental villa, is perfectly situated on the edge of Kalkan village in Turkey.

Located in an quiet and peaceful position and only 10-15 minutes walk to the village centre. All fully airconditioned rooms have uninterupted views overlooking Kalkan bay. This 2 bedroomed holiday rental villa is characterised by its beautiful views and offers accommodation 4-6 people. Being a spacious, comfortable house with an shaded eating area, open veranda, sun loungers on the pool terrace and a roof terrace with barbecue, all of which overlook a generous sized pool.

The private pool is accessed through the french doors from the lounge, enabling a watchful eye to be kept on the children as they play. It is also enclosed by a decorative balustrade wall .The mediteranean garden is very beautiful, set with palm, lemon, olive, banana trees and many exotic flowers.

There are 3 dining areas, roof terrace, inside and another outside in the open air mezzanine room leading onto the terrace surrounding the private pool.

Further stairs lead up to the ceramic tiled roof terrace with a barbecue area and pergola, giving unimpeded views to the sea. This is a really special place to catch up with your sun tan, and also an opportunity to experience the amazing view of Kalkan habour. At night the roof terrace gives you all the romantic skylines you desire and is certainly the place to kiss the stars!

WELCOME PACK
A welcome pack will be waiting when you arrive consisting of tea, coffee, eggs, bread, butter and juice etc.

The villa is very well equipped and additional items for your pleasure are sunbeds and pool furniture. Many other useful items including, pool toys, games, books and magazines, iron and ironing board, extra fan, hairdryer, sewing kit, medical kit, and torches etc.


Our local English agent will be on hand to offer advice and local knowledge including hire cars, day trips etc.

The villa will be cleaned and bedding changed once a week and the pool maintained daily.

There is private parking with direct road access if you wish to hire a car.

Inside the Property

Interior description

The lounge area is very spacious with 2 long 3/4 sofa beds,TV, DVD, CD and there is a well equipped fitted kitchen suitable for 7 people.

Bedrooms

This holiday villa has two large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and the spacious second bedroom has three single beds and cot with both bedrooms opening out onto the sea view upper balcony over looking the Mediterranean. Both bedrooms have loads of storage space, twin wardrobes, chest of drawers, dressing tables, bedside tables, bedding and towels. Towels are provided for internal use only. please bring yur own for pool and beach.


Bathrooms

There is a large bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower and marbled topped vanity units on the second floor and another large shower room on the ground floor, also with marbled topped vanity units and housing the washing machine.


Kitchen

The villa is very well equipped in the kitchen with all modern appliances,microwave, fridge/freezer, cooker, washing machine, kettle, toaster, and many cooking utensils.

Additional items for babies and young children include a pushchair, cot, bottle sterilising unit and bottle warmer.

Outside the Property

The large pool terrace and surrounding patios offer high quality pool furnishings.  There are a number of mature fruit trees and exotic planting offering shade and privacy.

A rooftop pergola and BBQ offer excellent al fresco dining with clear seaviews.

Kalkan has a nice pebble beach. Patara beach is sandy and 20 mins drive or by Taxi or local bus. Kaputas beach is mixture of sand and pebble and 5 mins by car or you can take water taxi from Kalkan.

Dalaman airport is a 1hr 15 minutes transfer to Kalkan along the fascinating coastline, usually stopping for a refreshment break along the route before arriving at your holiday vacation villa. Antalya is about 3:30 mins.

Owner can organise car hire and any airport transfers.

Booking & Payment Info

Please enquire for 2 week/3 week discounts. £80 per week per person for extra person over two years old. A cot is provided free for 1 infant under two years old. Conditions - We try to be flexible where possible. If holiday dates span more than one season the rates are calculated on a daily basis.

Rentals of more than two weeks attract a discount. Please email for quote. For holidays that do not align with the changeover day, please email for availability.

An email is enough to reserve a certain period but this must be backed up by a non-returnable deposit of 25% of the total holiday price within 2-3 days. Full payment of the balance is required 6 weeks before the first day of the holiday or immediately in the case of bookings within 6 weeks of the first day. Payment can be made by cheque drawn on a sterling bank account. £50 security deposit should be lodged with our English agent in cash sterling on the first day and will be returned to you on the last day of your holiday.

Arrivals are usually after 3pm and departures at 10:00am but due to the more common flight times, we try to let you arrive and depart accordingly if this fits in with the previous or next guests.
