Property Description

Perched on the hillside above Kalkan, this fully air-conditioned villa, a 3 bedroomed holiday rental villa is characterised by its wide-open bird's eye views & offers accommodation 4-8 people.

This spacious, comfortable house cries out for large fun house parties, with large open verandas, sun loungers on the pool terrace & a shaded eating area on the roof terrace with a barbecue, all of which overlook a generous sized infinity pool.

(Hibiscus has a twin Villa which shares the pool. They can be rented together for larger groups)

Villa Hibiscus is situated in an ideal location for all local amenities. Within only a few minutes drive from the village centre & beach it is particularly quiet and peaceful with panoramic views over three bays.

The pool is easily accessed from the veranda & enclosed by decorative railings, enabling a watchful eye to be kept on the children as they play.

The Mediterranean planting is very beautiful, set with olive trees, fruit trees & many exotic flowers.

WELCOME PACK
A Welcome pack will be waiting when you arrive consisting of tea, coffee, eggs, bread, butter & juice etc.

Our local English agent will be on hand to offer advice & local knowledge including hire cars, day trips etc.

The villa will be cleaned and
bedding changed once a week. The pool is maintained daily. Extra cleaning can be arranged with our local agent at a small charge.

Inside the Property

Interior description

Main upstairs entrance opens into a spacious living area with fireplace, TV, DVD, CD, books, music & French windows opening from a comfortable sitting area onto an open veranda. From the veranda steps lead down to the disappearing edge swimming pool & pool terrace.

The living area leads onto the spacious, well presented dining area with wide sliding glass doors opening onto the covered veranda looking over the sea. The dining area leads on to a spacious & well-appointed integrated kitchen. The twin sofas open into full size ¾ beds for additional sleeping arrangements.



Bedrooms

Similarly spectacular views are enjoyed by the two ground floor bedrooms which both open via French windows onto the main veranda.

Both the double bedroom & the twin bedroom have en-suite facilities, one with spacious walk in shower & the other a bath with overhead shower. The third bedroom is located upstairs with two full size bunk beds. All bedrooms have spacious storing & hanging facilities. Also one washroom upstairs accessible to all houseguests.

Booking & Payment Info

Prices are in £'s Sterling per week. If holiday dates span more than one season the rates are calculated on a daily basis. Rentals of more than two weeks attract a discount. Please email for quote advising how many persons, which dates and any other questions. For holidays that do not align with the changeover day, please email for availability. An email is enough to reserve a certain period but this must be backed up by a non-returnable deposit of 25% of the total holiday price within 2-3 days. payment of the balance is required 6 weeks before the first day of the holiday or immediately in the case of bookings within 6 weeks of the first day. Payment can be made by cheque drawn on a sterling bank account. £50 security deposit should be lodged with our English agent in cash sterling on the first day and will be returned to you on the last day of your holiday.
