Property Description
This new villa offers every modern comfort with traditional styling including cool tiled floors and a wealth of exposed wooden beams together with a total feel of luxury. Set not too far from the beach, which is about a 5-minute drive or a 15-minute walk away.
Inside the Property
There is a spacious inviting lounge/dining room with a relaxed, welcoming ambience of rustic wooden furniture & fireplace together with satellite TV. You will find the bedrooms are tastefully appointed with attractive furnishings, each of which having their own private showers/bathroom. For extra lavishness, we have added a sauna room and a small gym for those who still want to carry on with their fitness program while on holiday. The Villa is ideal for the disabled.
(Note that leading to the bedrooms they are separated by one step, for which we have provided portable ramps ideal for wheelchair use).

The villa has a particularly large kidney shaped-pool, complete with exterior Jacuzzi, built barbecue area and plenty of comfortable wooden patio furniture to tempt you to relaxing days in enjoying the sun. Area Description: As Aphrodite rushed to the scene, she cut her delicate skin on the underbrush and tinged all the white roses pink. On finding Adonis she shed countless tears, which, as they struck the ground turned into anemones; the red drops of blood at the scene then turned into red roses. This legend explains how all the beautiful flowers came to be in this area. Today Latchi remains a sleepy coastal town; the impact of tourism cannot be seen as greatly as in other towns, which allows the natural character of the place to shine through.

Booking & Payment Info
To confirm a booking, a 50 % deposit is required. The balance of your holiday cost is due 10 weeks prior to your arrival and specified on your confirmation. If you book within 10 weeks of your arrival date, the full amount is due at the time of booking unless other customized arrangements are made.
Rental rate includes:
Free Group B car. Car Insurance (Collision Damage Waiver) + VAT. 24-Hour Emergency Service. Villa Representative Service. Once weekly cleaning. Airport arrival service. Welcome Pack. Wine & Fruit in the villa upon arrival.
Rental rate excludes:
Full tank of Fuel. EDW (Extra Damage Waiver) (optional) at 10.00 euro + VAT per day to cover windscreen, tyres & oil sump. Drivers are not covered for reckless driving and/or drinking & driving. For delivery & drop off at Larnaca airport - a fee of euro 70.00 applies and for Paphos - 16.00 euro applies.
Cancellation
Deposits are never refundable in case of cancellation, however may be used against future holiday arrangements. If balances are not paid when due, then your booking may be treated as cancelled and result in a cancellation fee in addition to the deposit already paid
If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, you must contact us by e-mail or fax. The cancellation is effective when your notification is received by us.

The cancellation charges are based on the number of day's notice before arrival when we are advised of the cancellation.
Air-Conditioning
*Air-conditioning is an optional extra and is payable locally. This units must be only be used while you are in the property, with all windows and doors kept closed. Under no circumstances must the units be left on continuously while the property is unoccupied.
Safety Boxes
*Some villas offer Safety Boxes. Should you wish to use this facility, a refundable deposit of CYP 40.00 is required, which will be refunded to you upon your departure.
Check-in & Check -out
* Access to the villas can be after 14.00hrs on the day of your arrival. The villa must be vacated during the morning of the day of departure to enable cleaning and preparation to be completed prior to the arrival of new guests. This is normally at 10:00 am. Should you require late check out, kindly inform us beforehand. Provided that it is possible, an extra charge of 34.00 euro will apply for departure after 10.00 hrs and by latest 16.00 hrs. From 16.00 hrs onwards the charge for a full extra day will apply.
