Villa Heights is situated in the village of Pomos, right on the private beach overlooking the breathtaking views of the Pomos coastline and Pomos harbour. Short walk to the graphic Pomos harbour and two renowned restaurants/tavernas.

An exceptional villa located before the village of Pomos amidst 3 acres of lush gardens with fully grown mature trees. Probably one of the most beautiful areas of the whole of Cyprus, offering both the sea and the forest at walking distance.

The villa is unique, situated 19 metres above the sea level with also private beach ,with all amenities, deck, large umbrella, can only be accessed from the house. The views and the serenity of the house are priceless.  And, if you fancy venturing a little further afield, it's just a short walk from quiet and secluded beaches. Here you'll find perfect snorkelling conditions and a scattering of rock pools - sure to keep the little ones amused for hours!

The house has 3 double rooms with en-suite bathrooms, all with central heating and air-conditioning. The orientation of the house is ideal both for hot summer and sunny winter vacations.

Booking & Payment Info

To confirm a booking, a 50% deposit is required. The balance of your holiday cost is due 10 weeks prior to your arrival and specified on your confirmation. If you book within 10 weeks of your arrival date, the full amount is due at the time of booking unless other customized arrangements are made.

Deposits are never refundable in case of cancellation, however may be used against future holiday arrangements. If balances are not paid when due, then your booking may be treated as cancelled and result in a cancellation fee in addition to the deposit already paid.

If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, you must contact us by e-mail or fax. The cancellation is effective when your notification is received by us.

More than 42 days, deposit only.
 
Less than 42 but more than 28 days, 50% of the total cost.
 
Less than 28 but more than 14 days, 75% of the total cost.
 
Within 14 days 100% of the total cost. 

The cancellation charges are based on the number of day's notice before arrival when we are advised of the cancellation.

Rates exclude
* Full Tank of Fuel
* EDW: Extra Damage Waiver (optional) at euro10.00 + VAT per day to cover windscreen, tyres & oil sump.
* Drivers are not covered for reckless driving and/or drinking & driving.
* For delivery & drop off at Larnaca airport a fee of 70.00 euro  applies.

* Air-conditioning in bedrooms during summer is an optional extra & is at 6.00 euro per unit per day. 
* Additional person euro 18.00 per day
