Property Description

This modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa, enjoys wonderful sea views, has a private swimming pool, is set in a mature garden and is situated in a quiet location.

Coral Bay, with all its shops, bars and beaches, has a wide selection of places to eat, is within a 5 minute drive. There are also two restaurants and two shops within walking distance.

For those who enjoy the outdoors, the Akamas and the Paphos forest is close by and Laura Beach, were the turtles come each year, is a short drive away.

The harbour at Paphos with its UNESCO world heritage sites, is 20 minutes away, by car. There are also three golf course within a 40 minute drive of the villa.

There is a local bus service within easy walk of the villa, which runs frequently, to Coral Bay, Paphos and the harbour.

Inside the Property

The accommodation consists of:

An open-plan lounge/dining area with two sofas and an easy chair. The TV has English channels and there is a DVD player. The dining area has a large dining table to seat 6.

The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave and water cooler.

There are three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and has an en suite shower room.Bedroom 2 and 3 have two single beds each. Bedroom 1 and 2 have access to the large veranda with table and chairs. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over. There is a separate WC downstairs.

The villa is air conditioned.

Outside the Property

The villa benefits from large outside verandas with a thatched BBQ area set amongst the mature gardens, with stunning sea views.

The private swimming pool is a good size and has an outside shower, with plenty of room to enjoy the sunshine.
