Paphos, is a small charming picturesque harbour town, on the west of the island.
With views stretching across the coastline and boasting innumerable ancient sites, this being the birthplace and centre of worship of Aphrodite, the Goddess of love and beauty, the whole area retains some of this magic.

Bordered by a lovely coastline, the Paphos area has charming villages within the mountains; where life has gone unchanged over the years and customs and traditions of the country have remained. Here in the heartland, are famous monasteries such as Ayios Neophytos and Chrysoroyiatissa with modern day pilgrims.

This luxury air conditioned 2nd floor apartment is located in the exclusive coastal area of Paphos within walking distance from the beach, bars, shops, restaurants, nightlife and many more attractions.

Every block on the complex is fitted with a lift for ease of access to all floors.

Inside the Property

The apartment is finished to a high standard with luxurious and modern fixtures and fittings.

The interior of the apartment comprises of 3 bedrooms (2 of these are double beds), two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and spacious open plan living area, featuring a large balcony, with magnificent sea views.

For all periods of rental linen and towels are included in the price.

Outside the Property

The apartment is located in a medium-size complex with a large communal swimming pool and a separate children's pool. There are plenty of sun beds, poolside showers, toilets and changing facilities.

No car is needed as the apartment is a 2 minute walk from Paphos to Coral Bay bus route, which is well priced and the buses run every 10 minutes.

Shops, tavernas and restaurants are a 10 minute walk.

Booking & Payment Info

Booking: A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking, (non refundable) balance 10 weeks before departure, £100 Key deposit money, held against any serious damage. Fully refundable approximately 2 weeks after end of rental.

If the rental is for two or more weeks, the apartment is changed on a weekly basis at a charge of 11 euros per room and 10 euros extra for the maids to go in and make the beds. Additional cleaning can be arrange, prices on appllication.

Air Conditioning is charged for during July & August.

Change over day is flexible.

Please vacate by 12am on day of departure, unless previously agreed. If late check out required, 35 euros is chargeable.
