Property Description

This spacious well-appointed 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom en suite, villa is conveniently located within a few minutes drive to Coral Bay, with its sandy beaches, taverns, pubs and other amenities. It is built in the beautiful area of Coral Bay Pegeia, approximately 1 km from the sea.

The villa is fully detached and offers complete privacy, combining attractive views of the sea and the mountains.

Inside the Property

The accommodation is over two floors. On the ground floor, there is the living area, a dining area and modern kitchen.

The Master double bedroom is also on the ground floor with en suite bathroom.

The two twin bedrooms are situated on the first floor, both with en suite shower rooms.

There is a veranda overlooking the pool and the Coral Bay area on the first floor.

All the bedrooms have air conditioning, which is payable locally.

Outside the Property

Outside, there is a large covered veranda and a large sun terrace surrounding the private pool, which are ideal for sunbathing and relaxing, with plenty of patio furniture and a barbecue.

Parking is available at the front of the property.

Booking & Payment Info

To confirm a booking, a 50% deposit is required. The balance of your holiday cost is due 10 weeks prior to your arrival and specified on your confirmation. If you book within 10 weeks of your arrival date, the full amount is due at the time of booking unless other customized arrangements are made.

Deposits are never refundable in case of cancellation, however may be used against future holiday arrangements. If balances are not paid when due, then your booking may be treated as cancelled and result in a cancellation fee in addition to the deposit already paid.

If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, you must contact us by e-mail or fax. The cancellation is effective when your notification is received by us.

More than 42 days, deposit only.
 
Less than 42 but more than 28 days, 50% of the total cost.
 
Less than 28 but more than 14 days, 75% of the total cost.
 
Within 14 days 100% of the total cost. 

The cancellation charges are based on the number of day's notice before arrival when we are advised of the cancellation.

Rates exclude
* Full Tank of Fuel
* EDW: Extra Damage Waiver (optional) at euro10.00 + VAT per day to cover windscreen, tyres & oil sump.
* Drivers are not covered for reckless driving and/or drinking & driving.
* For delivery & drop off at Larnaca airport a fee of 70.00 euro  applies.

* Air-conditioning in bedrooms during summer is an optional extra & is at 6.00 euro per unit per day. 
* Additional person euro 18.00 per day
