Property Description

Thalia Villa is a privately owned villa situated in St. George of Pegia, Coral Bay Cyprus.

The location is an ideal combination of sea and mountains and is 3 minutes from the sandy beach of Coral Bay and just 2 minutes from the Sea Caves.

The villa is large, light and airy and has wonderful verandas from the upstairs bedrooms. In addition, there are double patio doors downstairs which open onto the large private garden, swimming pool and downstairs terrace. This area is fully equipped with outdoor furniture incl. comfortable sun beds! and BBQ.

The villa is on a large plot with an established garden including fig, orange, pomegranate, peach and olive trees; feel free to pick the fruit when in season!

The pool is 2.1m at the deep end and the shallow end, 1.3m; ample for a family holiday. Poolside there is a shower for rinsing. The villa has a large patio with a six seater table overlooking the pool. There are 6 sunbeds and shade umbrella's are provided. At the front of the villa there is also a patio with a small table and seats perfect for breakfasting!

IMPORTANTLinen, towels(incl.pool towels) are included in the price, they are changed on a weekly basis. Final cleaning of the villa is also included in the price, together with air conditioning.

Welcome Basketis also provided FREE of charge, comprising usual basics, tea, coffee, jam, sugar, water, bread, milk etc.
Fly screensare fitted to all the windows in the villa, so min.bugs!

Upstairs: The Villa sleeps 6 occupants, 7 if a you make use of the free cot available on request!

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and access to the upstairs veranda which is ideal for afternoon sunbathing and overlooks the swimming pool.

The second and third bedrooms have two large single/small double beds each. The second bedroom also access’s the upstairs veranda.

The family bathroom comprises of a bath with shower and toilet. Air-conditioning units are in all bedrooms and all windows are fitted with fly screens (AC is inclusive in rental prices).

Downstairs: The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences.

The large open plan lounge and dining area is very comfortable with ample soft seating and a large dining table which seats 8.

There is also a downstairs toilet/shower room.

The Villa has a range of entertainment systems .

Two double patio doors open onto the large private garden, swimming pool and downstairs veranda which is fully equipped with outdoor furniture incl. comfortable sun beds! and BBQ.

Again, downstairs has full air-conditioning.

Payment - a 30% deposit on booking, balance a minimum of 10 weeks before departure. *Note: the rate charged will be pro-rata, so that bookings that span two calendar months will depend on the number of days booked in each month. Contact the owners as discounts maybe appropriate for certain periods. The prices quoted are guide prices and maybe subject to slight variations subject to availability and seasonality.
