Property Description

This beautiful stone-built, three bedroom villa is situated in the Miliou Valley, nestling amongst the orange groves.

Miliou is one of the smallest villages in Cyprus and has a population of about 60. It is also one of the greenest villages in the area, thanks to an abundant supply of spring water, surrounded by citrus groves, almond trees and vineyards.

With far-reaching mountain and valley views and unspoilt countryside, Miliou is a delightful rural setting, perfect for long walks and birdwatching.

The nearest supermakei to Miliou is about 4 km away. The beaches, tavernas, market and shops of Polis and Latchi are about a 15 minute drive away, and another few minutes leads to the edge of the Akamas Penisula. The Troodos Mountains and the Paphos forest (home of the moufflon, the island's indigenous mountain sheep) are close by.

Inside the Property

The villa is beautifully designed with traditional wooden beams and antique furniture. It is large, spacious and ideal for family holidays or a break shared with friends.

The accommodation consists of a large open-plan kitchen/dining/living area. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a stone arch leading into the dining area. The living area has a lovely stone fireplace as its centre piece.

There are three bedrooms. One double and two twin bedrooms, all with air conditioning. All the bedrooms have en suite bathroom or shower facilities.

 

 

 

Outside the Property

The villa is beautifully secluded with its floodlit swimming pool being shaded from the early afternoon onwards, making it the perfect place to just relax. There are plenty of sun loungers.

The garden is private and sizeable with an outdoor jacuzzi.

There is an attractive outside dining area with a stone-built BBQ.

Booking & Payment Info

To confirm a booking, a 50% deposit is required. The balance of your holiday cost is due 10 weeks prior to your arrival and specified on your confirmation. If you book within 10 weeks of your arrival date, the full amount is due at the time of booking unless other customized arrangements are made.

Deposits are never refundable in case of cancellation, however may be used against future holiday arrangements. If balances are not paid when due, then your booking may be treated as cancelled and result in a cancellation fee in addition to the deposit already paid.

If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, you must contact us by e-mail or fax. The cancellation is effective when your notification is received by us.

More than 42 days, deposit only.
 
Less than 42 but more than 28 days, 50% of the total cost.
 
Less than 28 but more than 14 days, 75% of the total cost.
 
Within 14 days 100% of the total cost. 

The cancellation charges are based on the number of day's notice before arrival when we are advised of the cancellation.

Rates exclude
* Full Tank of Fuel
* EDW: Extra Damage Waiver (optional) at euro10.00 + VAT per day to cover windscreen, tyres & oil sump.
* Drivers are not covered for reckless driving and/or drinking & driving.
* For delivery & drop off at Larnaca airport a fee of 70.00 euro  applies.

* Air-conditioning in bedrooms during summer is an optional extra & is at 6.00 euro per unit per day. 
* Additional person euro 18.00 per day
