This charming 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is situated in the centre of Pomos and only 2 kms from the pretty little harbour with its handful of fish tavernas.

About 50 stone-cut steps lead down from the villa to a tiny private beach with rock pools and crystal clear water making it perfect for those who enjoy fishing, snorkelling or snoozing to the sound of the waves.

The community of Pomos has around an annual rainfall of 440 millimetres and in the region there are citrus fruits, bananas, almond trees, avocados, walnut trees, olive trees, a few vegetables and pistachio nuts are cultivated.

In the region there exists many uncultivated area that are covered by natural vegetation such as pines and thyme.The southern side of the village is included in the government owned forest of Paphos.

The interiors of the villa have been beautifully styled and furnished, in an understated way.

The sitting/living area is large and has plenty of seating, while the kitchen is well equipped.

There are 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms, all with air conditioning (addtional charge) and 2 en suite bathrooms and 1 en suite shower room.

Outside the Property

The private pool offers spectacular views as do the outside the outside jacuzzi close by and the outside dining area of the villa. All perfect for watching the sunset.

There is a private garden with a stone-built BBQ with wooden garden furniture for al fresco dining.

Booking & Payment Info

To confirm a booking, a 50% deposit is required. The balance of your holiday cost is due 10 weeks prior to your arrival and specified on your confirmation. If you book within 10 weeks of your arrival date, the full amount is due at the time of booking unless other customized arrangements are made.

Deposits are never refundable in case of cancellation, however may be used against future holiday arrangements. If balances are not paid when due, then your booking may be treated as cancelled and result in a cancellation fee in addition to the deposit already paid.

If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, you must contact us by e-mail or fax. The cancellation is effective when your notification is received by us.

More than 42 days, deposit only.
 
Less than 42 but more than 28 days, 50% of the total cost.
 
Less than 28 but more than 14 days, 75% of the total cost.
 
Within 14 days 100% of the total cost. 

The cancellation charges are based on the number of day's notice before arrival when we are advised of the cancellation.

* EDW: Extra Damage Waiver (optional) at euro10.00 + VAT per day to cover windscreen, tyres & oil sump.
* Drivers are not covered for reckless driving and/or drinking & driving.
* For delivery & drop off at Larnaca airport a fee of 70.00 euro  applies.

* Air-conditioning in bedrooms during summer is an optional extra & is at 6.00 euro per unit per day. 
* Additional person euro 18.00 per day
