Set near the stream and ancient water mill of Miliou Village, where the name derives from "Milos" meaning "The Water Mill" .

Set on two floors offering privacy and luxury to guests that are in a large party with children or even more ideal for 3 couples.

 

Inside the Property

From the entrance leads you down a few steps to the twin bedrooms with their own private bathrooms and a large sitting and reading area with built couches big enough to be single beds.

Further steps lead you to the comfortable dining area & living area offering attractive rustic wooden furniture and also offer the benefit of satellite TV & fire-place.
For an extra luxury Villa Milos offers an interior Sauna!!
The master bedroom with its own bathroom is situated on the ground floor
 

The well- equipped kitchen includes, microwave, dishwasher, full hob & oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle & coffee maker,
Leading out on the patio area you will find wooden patio furniture together with a built barbecue area.
The large pool area offers a delightful view of the surrounding trees, ancient stone built bridge nearby.Enjoy an evening in your exterior Jacuzzi by the pool- side with your glass of wine!
Villa Milos is not ideal for disabled guests.

Outside the Property

Miliou is one of the smallest villages in Cyprus and has a population of about 60. It is also one of the greenest villages in the area, thanks to an abundant supply of spring water, surrounded by citrus groves, almond trees and vineyards. In early spring the almond blossom is a spectacular sight and the orange and lemon trees are laden with fruit.

With far-reaching mountain and valley views and unspoilt countryside, Miliou is a delightful rural setting, perfect for long walks and for those who love nature and bird watching as the village is renowned as a nesting site for nightingales. The main bird migrations, when a wide variety of species may be seen, take place in spring and autumn. If you’re more interested in seeing Mother Nature’s spectacular show of spring flowers, then visit between the beginning of March and the end of May. The aroma of the surrounding pine and lemon groves, brought in by the cool valley breeze, provides relief from the hot Cypriot sun.
The nearest supermarket to Miliou is about four kilometres away. The beaches, tavernas, market and shops of Polis and Latchi are about a 15-minutes drive away, and another few minutes will take you to the edge of the Akamas peninsula. The Troodos Mountains and the Paphos forest (home of the moufflon, the island's indigenous mountain sheep) are close by and Paphos airport is a 45-minute drive away.

* EDW: Extra Damage Waiver (optional) at euro10.00 + VAT per day to cover windscreen, tyres & oil sump.
* Drivers are not covered for reckless driving and/or drinking & driving.
* For delivery & drop off at Larnaca airport a fee of euro 70.00 applies and for Paphos 16.00 euro applies
* Air-conditioning in bedrooms during summer is an optional extra & is at euro 6.00 per unit per day.  
* Additional pax euro 18.00 per day

Our cancellation policy is:

· No fee will apply for cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival date
· 50% cancellation fee will be invoiced for cancellations received 29-7 days prior to arrival date
·  100% cancellation fee will be invoiced for cancellations received from 6-0 days prior to arrival date

 The above policy must be applied by our company to protect ourselves from losses incurred because of last minute cancellations. Please note that with our type of product (Private Holiday Villa) it is impossible to re-sell allocated units at the last minute.
